Description

This simple, colourful salad dressing is stuffed with antioxidants and tastes nice on salads or as a dipping sauce!


Elements

1/four cup of tahini sauce (60 ml)

1/four cup of water (60 ml) (plus extra, if wanted)

2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (30 ml)

1 Tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml)

2 teaspoons of turmeric (four g)

1/four teaspoon of garlic powder (1 g)

1/four teaspoon of salt (1.5 g)

1/four teaspoon of pepper (0.6 g)


Directions

Add the tahini and water to a blender and mix till gentle and creamy.

Add the remaining elements to the blender and mix till absolutely mixed. If wanted, add extra water, 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) at a time, till desired consistency is achieved.

Refrigerate any leftover dressing in an hermetic container.
